Travel Itinerary Template (travelitinerarytemplate.com) is a free, browser-based travel itinerary tool. The itinerary you build is processed entirely on your device: nothing you type is transmitted to, stored on, or logged by our servers, and no account exists.

What is stored on your device

Your in-progress itinerary and theme preference are saved in your browser's localStorage so your trip is still here when you return. You can clear them any time through your browser settings. They are never visible to us.

Analytics

We measure aggregate site usage with two services. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless: it reports page views and performance without tracking individuals across sites or setting identifiers. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions and may set analytics cookies or similar identifiers on your device, as described in Google's privacy policy; we use it only for aggregate statistics. Neither service can see or read the itinerary you build. You can block analytics with standard browser settings or content-blocking extensions without affecting how the tool works.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver and secure the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Exports

Google Sheets and Excel exports are generated in your browser. Opening a Google Sheet uses your own Google account under Google's terms; we never see its contents.

Advertising

The site currently shows no advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
